Tickled Sweet is committed to making sure your chocolates, sweets and treats are carefully packaged and arrive in great condition. Your order is usually processed within 24 hours upon receiving the order, shipped via UPS. Please allow 48 hours during the holidays for your order to be processed. Normal business days for UPS are Monday through Friday with no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. The map below shows the approximate number of transit days to each state from our area.
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Items from the online store can only be shipped within the United States. The options for the 48 states are Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. The option for Alaska and Hawaii is Next Day Air only.
Our shipping prices are UPS prices and are determined by weight. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. If the temperature is above 70 degrees, please see the summer shipping rate chart below. If your destination is outside the 2 day range, you must ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. These rates include shipping with a Styrofoam cooler and 2 ice packs. Due to our chocolates being very perishable, we do not recommend shipping during the months of June, July and August. We are not responsible for chocolates melted due to weather.
Tickled Sweet is not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages once it leaves our facility. Please double check your address for accuracy, as we are not responsible for returned or undeliverable packages.
